The Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay is one of the most famous places to propose - a gorgeous coastal getaway, overlooking the sea as you walk down the trail. It was no surprise that this was one of Jessica's favorite places. Riaz had a plan all thought out - they were staying there for a company event, and he even planted a fake company party invitation to be dropped off at their table to keep up the ruse. So she dressed up and didn't suspect a thing as he practiced his speech in his head.
