7 years ago, Meghan and Ryan fell in love, two lifeguards working together in the warm summers of New York. When Meghan decided to come out to California to pursue her PsyD, Ryan knew he couldn't let her go and quickly moved out to be with her 6 months after she did. They settled in the East Bay, where they frequented one particular dog park - Piedmont Community Hall. Just 5 minutes from their home, they quickly knew that this redwoods venue would be perfect for their intimate wedding inspired by the 60s. When the wedding day came with a forecast of rain - in May no less - these two didn't let the weather stop them from celebrating a beautiful wedding where they exchanged rings brought by Chester their pup, sang along and danced to the classics, and ate Ben and Jerry's ice cream sandwiches for dessert. And of course we can't forget that Meghan was the most beautiful bride rocking a stunning boho BHLDN gown, feather earrings personalized with her new last name, floral embroidered boots, and my favorite, a tassel lined veil.
