When you meet and fall in love in the city of San Francisco, there's no better place to elope than San Francisco City Hall. Chitrak and Ashley invited their closest family and friends to witness their wedding and certainly proved that you don't need a full wedding to celebrate such a beautiful moment. We even heard a few little girls wowing as they watched Ashley twirl around. Congratulations Chitrak and Ashley!
