 Nestled right in downtown Monterey next to the ever popular Alta Bakery is a beautiful barn and garden venue. It's a hidden gem that you may not even know is a wedding venue until you see all the flowers, decor, and tables start to all come together! C + Z met at graduate school in Berkeley and quickly fell in love over a shared love of books and game nights with friends. They skipped having a wedding party or cake cutting to instead focus on what mattered to them - a reunion of friends and a day of making memories, from gathering all their Cal classmates together after a long pandemic year, to dancing a traditional Greek dance to honor her family. Others have said it, and I'll echo: Lynn is an incredibly talented photographer and a warm, wonderful human being. Both my husband and I are introverts and neither one of us are big 'picture people' but Lynn made us feel so comfortable, both during our engagement session and on our wedding day (even though she arrived right in the midst of a very stressful, ultimately abandoned exercise in double sided taping!). The engagement photos and the wedding sneak peeks we've received so far are just perfect - they are so joyful and authentic to who we are. Lynn bore with us through date changes, was so responsive throughout the entire process, and worked with us to make sure everything was the way we wanted it (e.g., making sure my husband's suit color stayed true to life in the photos).
