K + T: Bird-Watching Elopement

K grew up in California and spent many summers camping in Big Sur as a child. She treasured these childhood memories fondly - days spent hiking in the redwoods, exploring the coast, and running on the beach. When K + T met in Virginia, she knew she had to bring T to this magical place she loved so much. It was the perfect place for these two avid birdwatchers, who even brought their binoculars and called out the birds they recognized. Since their first date was at a brewery, they also stopped by Big Sur Taphouse for a beer. It was a day that just felt like them. Check out the rest of their Big Sur elopement below!

"​​My partner and I had the best time working with Lynn for our Big Sur elopement.

From our initial phone consult to the day of, we were nothing but impressed. Lynn communicates clearly and responds super quickly to questions. We also hired her husband Keith as our officiant and our ceremony was so beautiful. Lynn and Keith were both very kind and relaxed day of which made us feel comfortable and calm. Lynn reacted quickly when I stepped in some poison oak (my fault) and had stuff to put on it in her car. I didn’t end up getting a rash-yay! And most importantly, our photos look amazing! Lynn was very thoughtful and accommodating and after learning how much we love birds, captured some great pictures with pelicans in the background to include in our album, which is so special to us. We got our preview photos the morning after our wedding, which was amazingly fast, and was so fun to look at our preview pictures over breakfast the next day and share some favorites with our family and friends. We had an amazing day and are so excited to have pictures that show us looking our best in the most gorgeous setting to keep forever. Thank you Lynn!" - K + T
