Both originally from the Bay Area, G + N bonded over their shared love for the California coast. So many of their favorite memories were spent walking along beaches with their dog Sydney, so it only made sense to get married somewhere near the water. One weekend, they stumbled upon Asilomar Conference Grounds on their trip to the Monterey Bay and found out that it was a wedding venue. It was perfect - a beautiful historical venue surrounded by a beautiful rocky coastline, and most importantly, dog-friendly. They started their day by honoring their cultural traditions with tea ceremonies on both sides, and then got married in the sweetest tear-filled ceremony. You would hard-pressed to find a dry eye during their toasts, where their siblings all shared their deep love for these two. To end the day, we spent the last moments of the wedding day walking around the beach at sunset, giving them a private moment to just take it all in.
